The Sims Medieval is a simulation video game based on The Sims 3 engine. The Sims Medieval was developed and published by Electronic Arts for Microsoft Windows, Mac OS X, and iOS, and was released on March 22, 2011.

Sims Medieval Steam
I’ve got another patch for you, this one for the Mac version of The Sims Medieval. This will update any version of the game to v2.0.114. This patch is to deal with issues that have arisen thanks to conflicts with OS X Lion. Yeah, it’s taken a little time, but it’s here now and that’s all that matters. If you have a retail copy of the game, you should get this one, and if you purchased the game as a download you want this one.
